  No  Very disappointing customer support, they advertise unlimited space however this is not the case. You get 35MB and that is only marginally increased on request, since customer service sucks getting them to upgrad is a mission to say the least. Look elsewhere, hosts that actually work for the money you pay them are available at half the price with friendlier service.

  No  I have been with them for a while now and have had many months of bad support, terrible service, loads of downtime and have not received one thing they have advertised. Unlimited emails? NO! Unlimited space? NO! Unlimited bandwidth? NO! It is more worthwhile me getting my own server than hosting throught Paradigm. Oh and all my sites are very slow.
  No  They do not bother the answer ther phones or emails. Could not get hold of them for more than a week. The provide wrong billing. They do not fix any problems whatsoever!
  Yes  honest and upfront bunch of guys! Sales guy recommended a cheaper solution after I signed up for a expensive due to my ignorance... save me R49 pm!!! not bad... unlike mweb who ripped me for 10 times the price!
  Yes  My site has been hosted with them for more than 2 years now. Very little downtime and they’ve always resolved my queries within an acceptable time-frame. Better than previous hosts I’ve dealt with in the past.
  Yes  Not exactly excellent but pretty good. There technical support is very good, got my shopping cart going for me after I struggled for ages with it, paradigm is definitely the company for my web hosting needs, now only if accounts can catch up on my payments :)

  Unverified Vote pending until rating has been verified.  Extremely poor service. They took our website offline for more than 4 days. It takes more than 2 weeks to transfer a domain name. Their account department is pathetic. No telephone number is listed. The service is non-existent. They do not return emails. The technical support does not know what they are doing. They resell hosting from the USA - so sites are slow.
  No  Worst service, account management is non existent. Servers are slow. So far, the worst provider I have come across. Stay away.

  No  I have been trying in vain to get them to allow me to transfer my domains to another ISP for over two months now! They now ignore my e-mails... They also seem to have registered my domains using themselves as the "owner" and not my name - not very professional.

  No  They are still billing me months after I cancelled my hosting account. These guys know nothing about service. Having experience with other hosting providers, Paradigm are by far the worst option.

  Yes  such an unprofessional company, I use their uncapped service for a month, half of the month internet was very slow I send email to cancel service and they close the account, after 5 months later they sending invoice with all months added to invoice. I write email back and respond is beacuse of you didnt fill the form you are liable to amounth which I didnt use. this is good example for a professional company.
  Yes  I recently signed up for their uncapped adsl 384k. I am a moderate user though but atleast this way I do not have to worry about my service packs being downloaded by mistake, anyways I am glad that I signed up with paradigm just because it has been so pleasant to deal with their accounts department when I couldnt pay them on time due to personal issues and they didnt suspend me. More companies should be like these guys, try to understand and treat your customers like real human beings. Thank you paradigm. By the way I paid my invoice....
